1. Access and sign-in
- Open the system URL (e.g.
https://files.uni-ruse.bg/or the internal address you were given). - Enter your
@uni-ruse.bguniversity email or@stud.uni-ruse.bgstudent email and your Active Directory password (the same one you use to sign in to email, Moodle, and university computers). - Click Sign in.
If sign-in fails
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invalid email or password | Check @uni-ruse.bg / @stud.uni-ruse.bg and password; try again after a few minutes. |
| Active Directory connection error | Temporary service issue — try later or contact support. |
| Your account is deactivated | Your Files profile is disabled — contact an administrator. |
Note: Sign-in is for @uni-ruse.bg (staff) and @stud.uni-ruse.bg (students).
